Only the EHR team can correct certain errors in myAvatar, the County's EHR system. If you need to correct myAvatar data, email the EHR team. Before you request a correction, be sure to follow the specific steps outlined in the document/section below.
These steps may vary for PCE and PCNX implementations. If you see PCE or PCNX options, choose the service tailored for the implementation type your CCP uses.
