To ensure that the Santa Clara County Department of Behavioral Health Services (DBHS) attains the highest standard of clinical supervision practices; by stressing the importance and content of clinical supervision, we will increase practitioners’ ability to deliver quality care from the first point of contact throughout the continuum of care.
